Safety takes priority
People are disposable are worth less than their poorly maintained trucks. Wages are all over the map. Longer term employees often make less than new employees.
I got along with everybody throughout the 2 yrs of working for Danfoss. It's lively and we get free lunches a lot and lots of treats from the bosses.
Poor work environment and poor culture. Avoid Danfoss if you're looking for a job - you'll regret ever working there.
