Answered 2 December 2020The culture is terrible. I have worked in many kitchens and this place is by far the worst. It is like a daycare or a middle school honestly, most coworkers were very cliquey, bratty, older nasty people. Bullying runs rampant and goes unchecked. If you are bullied and complain, nothing will be done about it but prepare for retaliation from all staff. I became extremely depressed working there to the point I was suicidal and nobody ever helped with the bullying, which was even brought to the attention of Human Resources (a squad of useless lazy Karens). I'm glad to be out of that place, it was terrible.
