Staff don't want to talk badly or afraid of reprimand when having issues with poor managers so they move on, leave it all behind, then the units start struggling for staff. Higher ups think it is a staffing issue, when it's really a poor management issue.

Terrible. The worst I’ve exprienced in a 20 year career as a cook in 3 country’s. This place is so bad if I was rich I would pay people to not work here.
