Fine
They seem understaffed. I'm fortunate to have some creativity in what I do and I like my coworkers. But I'm often asked to work 6 days of the week to cover other shifts.

I suggest you don’t
I was with this company for 5 years. I only stayed for the hours. Management is awful. M You are simply a number. There is no job security. No training. All lower level staff gets blamed for all management and head office mistakes. Wasn’t hired back after my maternity leave and all of my reviews said I was a perfect employee. Never received my vacation pay, nor was I paid for the work they had me do while on maternity leave. Once you start at this company you will realize how high the staff turnover is and how no one enjoys coming to work. I simply would not put yourself through this.

Awful Company, DO NOT work here
Management is terrible here, if you have a problem good luck trying to sort anything, also management is quite condensing even though they can't manage to do their own jobs. There is a lot of favouritism in this company where certain supervisors take the best sections for themselves and make the most money, especially on the weekend and managers proceed to do nothing about this.A lot of false promises from this company, I would not trust them, also it is a very competitive workplace with a bad atmosphere and staff are badly managed.There is no pros for this company, they will cut your hours when it suits them and are incredibly greedy, you cannot trust them.

Please don't
The worst company I've ever worked for. Management is the absolute worst. Current manager is rude, not only to employees but to costumers as well. Lots of mistakes in Tip outs. Lots of favouritism, where everyday feels like high school. Extreme lack of hours - unless they like you :) I wouldn't recommend working for Dana Hospitality to anyone. No wonder why everybody quit.

Incredibly poor
I’ve never worked at a job where the management were so petty and disorganized, constantly making up rules as they go with clear favouritism.Current manager there is rude with a bad attitude problem and always gave unclear answers. Any question was a stupid question apparently. Not only with staff but with costumers, costumers would complain about the rude “host” Clearly should not be in the hospitality industry nor is he fit for any management position, as staff don’t even feel comfortable speaking with him. It was like walking on eggshells, you could never tell what mood he would be in that day. This company can never keep their staff long term, just the ones they’re friends with outside of work. Terrible atmosphere and work environment, would never recommend to anybody.
