Good pay but management is terrible. Also not inclusive like they say they are
I loved my job and went above and beyond for them, only for them to take advantage of me. When I started to struggle due to my disabilities, I spoke up, tried to go through all the proper channels to get work accommodations to no avail. I ended up quitting. Now the manager refuses to give me a reference. I definitely would not recommend Dal.
