Fun place, but bad management

It was a fun first job. The first managers were great but they sold out. The new managers changed our food discount (100% off on shift to 50% off on shift. Removed our previous 50% off whenever we came in for no discount) and they took back most of the raises we had.

Great first job to pick up some experience

Learnt many things being at DQ. One of the things I have gotten better at is customer service. Customer Service plays an important part in working at any fast food restaurant, as so does multitasking. I have also learn how to deal with the pressure on hot busy summer days, especially Miracle Treat Day. A typical day just includes taking orders, interacting with customers, cleaning, and most importantly, making products.

it was alright

The owners if the dairy queen I worked were extremely rude and the managers were worse. The benefits weren't the best, they would only have our discounts during breaks and we couldn't use them any other time
