If you were to leave Dairy Queen, what would be the reason?

  • Lack of hours . Disorganized

  • Company policies used by management to intimidate and control employees. Should be placed in the hands of regional impartial management. Employees should have the right to answer to and appeal management disciplinary actions.

  • Lack of pay raises, benefits and poor work schedules due to lack of employee numbers. Grill staff has absolutely no recognition towards the 'AWESOME' awards, let's face it, if Grill staff can get an order out in about 2 minutes and the customer finds the food hot, delicious, neat/clean, it's not the server that did this, they only provided the smile. There is a lot of 'behind the scenes' skills in the Grill employment that go unnoticed; time management/organizing, cooperation/team player, perpetual training/mentoring, cleanliness, physical stamina/endurance, clear communication details, inventory, dedication, safety just to mention a few.

  • To find new and exciting job opportunities.

  • Due to family issues had to go back home for the summer.

  • No breaks, my time was not valued and I was not seen as an important team member.

  • I left due to school because I wanted to focus more. I also thought it would be easier to get all my work done neatly for school.

  • I finished the high school and I needed a full time job, so I left.

  • Just need something different

  • Far from home
