The company treats you well and you need to have thick skin to deal with frustration and stressful calls. There’s no growth opportunities so if you look to advance in the company, I recommend you look elsewhere because you cant get to any senior level management but only advance in customer service

Not a good place to work at

Work environment was very strange, would barely get any help from senior agents. I would not recommend anyone to work there as a customer service advisor.

Very stressful environment to work in. Not enough training and care more about metrics than their own customers. Management needs to do more to address the bigger problems rather than being on us about sales.

Room to grow in the company but very difficult to receive assistance as a new employee

They over hire people to work in the company and only provide 1 or 2 trainers which leaves you little to no room for assistance. If you're a customer service rep they train you for 2 days and expect you to Start assisting angry customers with little to no knowledge. There is a lot of theory to the training which you don't remember in 2 days to provide assistance to customers who are very stressed regarding their packages etc

Good work environment. I really liked working at DHL Brampton. Didn't get the shift I wanted that is why I quit. but it was fun while it lasted. fun co-workers

Other then management and supervisors , the other employees and customers were amazing. Very very easy job with great pay but not worth the stress and headaches,

stressful and underpaid, I wouldn't want to work there again, dont even bother. Management sucks and all in all its favoritism. Although if managed better it would be an ok place to work

Fun, busy, stressful but enjoyable experience. Supportive management. Friendly and cooperative. Hard to adjust timing given. If given opportunity would love to work at DHL again.

Fun place to work. Friendly and relaxed environment. Nice team lead and supervisors. Always ready to help when having issues with customers. Shift time is ok.

DHL is a really cool workplace environment

They started with 15$ an hour and it goes up overtime. Coworkers are nice, friendly and very helpful, I enjoyed my time there while it lasted. If u ever get stressed its from rude customers lol but it’s the First workplace I don’t regret working at!

Case picker

Very hard work, wages unless you want work lots OT are poor for the work load Management plays games. Good luck this is a toxic work culture, DHL is only 3rd party employer.

GO GO GO, get'r done!

Worked there 13 years, good co-workers but they go through supervisors like they do toilet paper. Always putting pressure on couriers to do more than they "should" handle, sometimes ignoring safety measures. Golf games were fun, lunches were appreciated, but mandatory unpaid training over entire weekends is not cool.

I'm looking for job that is more challenging. My goals are working hard to deliver exceptional results.

A typical day at work mainly involved sending and receiving parcels and phoning clients to come and collect parcels. I learnt to be patient with customers. The hardest part of the job was facing an angry client due to a delayed parcel. The best part of the job was attending workshops.

One of the best place to work the team and the managers were always their for supporting the team. Also the work environment was very good. colleagues were good and supportive. the trainings were one of the best.

Although enjoyed time at DHL, there was no room for advancement in department. Lots of people take advantage of the sick time due to fact the leave team leaders unable to either develop or get rid of said types offenders

I learned how to be a team player, having excellent communication skills, how to multitask in a fast paced environment, I had to pay attention to details and have excellent customer service.
