Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  Brampton, ON24 August 2015
Greet and provide administrative support to vendors and customers in high volume environment
Assist co-workers and Customers with product, invoice, vendor, account, freight or claim inquiries to increase efficiency
Distribute daily invoices and create welcome packages for new customers with company information
Prepare reports: product rebates, Stock Rotation and Defective return to improve sales
Create Logistics reports for products crossing the border to improve the flow of information, such as FCC and FDA documents
Order office/warehouse supplies to prove working conditions
Social Committee member, and also prepare travel arrangements for co-workers
Accounts receivable: deposit cash/cheques from customers daily
Organize and create reports for Show specials pricing for yearly Toronto/Montreal Technology Trade Shows
