CyberArk has very good solutions, has an impressive existing Customer Base that must be managed and addressed almost on a daily basis for non-revenue generating activities. Management is fair, technical support was acceptable, however Clients complained regarding Pro Services needed for what they felt should be included in their support contracts to maintain the solutions.
