Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Winnipeg, MB – 2 April 2018
Unhappy staff and unpleasant work environment. Bad Team Leaders, poor training, no HR, favouritism, low pay. You will have to deal with some gossipy coworkers that makes you feel very uncomfortable. Overall I would not recommend this workspace to anyone unless you are desperate.
The first two times I work there management was great in the shop supervisor took over his management and place just gone downhill lets his friends that work there do whatever they want and dog the day away but if you do anything wrong they throw you under the bus !
Very low pay for the added risk of personal injury. No training whatsoever. Poor middle management, job security, poor communication, no room for growth. Safety risk (depending on where you work), lack of empathy towards lower level employees.
Supervisor (Former Employee) – Winnipeg, MB – 6 January 2018
Main warehouse manager was a trailer salesman who gave the head boss deals on trailers to gain his job. Little to no training existed many health and safety violations including storing chemicals in buildings not suited to store chemicals... Worst warehouse ever ive worked in.
Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) – Winnipeg, MB – 14 November 2017
Fast paced in busy season and always looking for ways to get better. Nice work area. Personality goes a long way in this company. Knowledge of sports is a bonus. Privately owned company. Needs better HR trainng when dealing with issues.
Transport Trailer Technician (Former Employee) – Winnipeg, MB – 22 June 2014
Set up shop and repairs to fleet. Good people to work with and Management was also very easy to work with and everyone got along. Able to have fun while still getting the days work accomplished efficiently.
