Everyone hates their job and hates you because they hate their job. Very few good people. Upper management acts like the care but they only care about profit and it shows. Pay is dirt low compared to similar jobs in the area. Day supervisor is awful and rude. Repetitive boring tasks. Little to no actual room to move up unless you make friends with the bosses. So much shady stuff going on with co workers and supervisors and upper management.

What is the best part of working at the company?When you had coworkers that actually wanted to work and help What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Management doing nothing to help hard working employees. Favouring lazy and entitled workers. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Horrible. Hard workers treated like garbage. Lazy workers favoured and hard workers basically forced to carry the weight. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Horrible. Over worked. Unappreciated.

Only Location, Nothing Else!

This company was located in an accessible area, so applied and tried it out. It was a mistake!You go to the production floor, you think that you took the time machine back to the 80s.It became way worse when the great veterans retired and they were replaced by unskilled managers. It simply became a chaotic environment.Rude and inconsiderate employees can make your days very long, and they're related to some important people, so don't think of working there.

Minimum wage, extremely rude material handlers who keeps bragging about their connection to the owners, new inexperienced managers, and a very chaotic production floor.

Old-Fashioned Organization

Pros: - Over 40 years, and still surviving (functional nature & variety of products). - Management is trying to do something, but they don't walk the talk - .Owners, the family, are great people. I personally like them all Cons: - Somewhere between dysfunctional & semi-functional kind of organization - Too much pushing on sales in spite of the limited capacity - No external consultation (if you have the same consultant for over a decade, the title is "an employee") - Low wages & a very cheap benefits' package (very high employment turn-over) - Instead of retaining, training, & promoting, they risk hiring unqualified employees - Floor workers act as general managers and dictate important activities that affect customers, like production schedules (I've never seen anything like it in my entire life)

Some of the people are really nice while others are a total nightmare who like to talk behind your back and make rude remarks

Pay is a little better than minimum wage, you have to pay $100 a month for the worst benefits and because it's unionized everyone makes the same amount depending on the level your on which causes a lot of animosity among the employees.

Great Place

I spent a little over 3 years at custom foam and in that time i worked all three shifts with all kinds of people. The staff were wonderful and fun, though management was a little scattered but other then that it was a good expirience i do recommend working here especially for a summer job.

This manufacturing facility was a fun, but average place to work at. The shifts are run well and within industry standards to ensure that job duties are completed in a safe and healthy environment.

Great Summer Job

The work is simple, the pay and hours are good and the people are friendly. At times, the job can be boring but it is fairly active and the workplace culture is relaxed.
