The management is very selfish and could care less about the lowest man on the totem pole. Upon speaking to co workers who worked for other Telus dealerships this is the lowest paying company they’ve had to work for. It seems to me like they funnel a lot of the money that is made into their own pockets and pay they sales people as little as possible. Also the coworkers are very immature and hard to work with. I wouldn’t recommend this type of environment to anyone.
Low pay, agonizing hours, difficult vacation. Always having impossible sales goals that they will increase while decreasing your commission pay.
During training there was an apple update causing issues with a lot of customers. We had huge queues and I had to go around asking people if they just needed general help seeing as I didn't have an iPad or any login info. But that's the worst case scenario. Like any customer service job occasionally you're just gonna have one of those days.
