Staff discounts are pretty great! The staff are really friendly. Hours are pretty long but i guess thats how it goes when your working in the mall. The location is pretty great there is a nice flow of walk ins.
Pros
Steady flow of customers

Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Newmarket, ON10 August 2018
Terrible management. Belittle you and criticize your work in front of others. People talk about other behind backs. If you can tolerate it it's good for some experience. Expect to pay to learn, then sign a contract saying you'll work there for years.. And if you leave you owe them. Terrible family that runs these salons.. Latitudes, curios, tonyc... All of them are Terrible. FYI the stylists here work here because they can't get jobs at real salons, or they are fresh out of school.
Cons
Terrible management, toxic

Not managed well
Junior Stylist (Former Employee) –  Newmarket, ON4 January 2013
Hardly enough business, no help from coworkers or managers, improper training.
Not much to learn from them.
Management was dysfunctional.
Co-workers were friendly but catty.
Dealing with rude owners was the hardest part, and felt very expendable.
The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people.
