Pros
Polyvalence des entreprises, avantages sociaux
Cons
L'employé n'est qu'un numéro

I was responsible for case load management to evaluate the needs of the aged clientele. A global evaluation regarding their needs, risks for theirs health at the biological, psychological, sociological levels.
Find out about theirs functioning, development, handicaps and deficiency. Maintaining them safely at home with a safety networking. implement cares and plan of care and teaching to promote health and autonomy. I was making references to different services to ensure global evaluation and services required.
