Year end bonus is not much of a perk. There a benefits not great ones but some. No vision, partial on dentistry, some coverage for physio, message etc. I would have to say the major down side is no pay scale or upward movement anywhere. People have work there for 20 years without a pay increase!!! Oh but you have more responsibility and have to work longer hours.

Close to losing customers and having difficulty attracting new clients, my opinion there close to shutting down and hoping selling the company back to Kolmar Korea will bail them out of serious hot water.
