Forklift Operator (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB7 March 2019
They have no clue what they are doing in this place ...I mean they can't even pay the garbage bill on time so good luck getting you full pay on time . 3 month benefits take 6-8 months ...they just have no clue how to run a business at all wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business within a couple years
Pros
Free wifi great for lazy People

Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Etobicoke, ON6 March 2019
High turnover rate, there is zero mid-level management so that means that the President manages everyone and everything. There is nothing that is good about this company.

Dispatcher/Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON2 May 2018
Yes people work there from many countries however each dept is one country. If you are not of that same country your done for. Depts don't get along as a result. Management does nothing so there is a hire turn over. On average 5 to 7 people a week a "Laid off" before their 3 months are up so they are constantly training.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC20 August 2017
I had a good time working at CSA, the managers are professional. There were not many team building exercises, or company functions however. Moreover, I did gain experience in the logistics and supply chain industry at the company, which will be very useful in my future.
Pros
Challenging workplace

Lack of corporate culture

Warehouse staff (Former Employee) –  Surrey, BC7 February 2017
Very poorly run operation , the staff are great people , the management group on the other hand , cannot be trusted. There are several safety issues that are ignored by upper Management. This is not a reputable company to work for , they bring you in judge you by your personality rather than your ability to do the work. Favouritism is a mainstay in their employment practice , there could be so much potential with the company except that what you are told and the expectations given are not what is actually taking place. Asking questions will get you terminated.

operations (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC10 December 2015
Growing LTL company with room for advancement. Crazy favouritism and politics in the management ranks. Lots of turnover and very little communication from upper management. No leadership at the terminal only spin and gossip. If you can handle the environment you will learn about the industry.

Materials Handling (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB15 October 2014
Needs to do everything even its not your job. The management don't listen to the employee. The hardest part of the job is that all job is your responsibility and no one will help you. Not fun place to work.
