Bad Management
CSA is a decent company plagued with terrible Management. Favoritism runs rampant and it's evident. Employee turner is high and expect morale not to dip because of it. The Director of Operations is is of no help in getting things done. She's the source of bad morale there.Otherwise the employees are nice, the job isn't all that bad and you can learn a lot and maybe have a good time.

I wouldn't recommend working here
I didn't hate working here until I called in sick one day...I had to follow COVID protocols which resulted in some time off and a negative COVID test, but almost immediately, senior mgmt started treating me as though I was trying to use COVID policy to take a vacation (as I'd seen them do with many others over the past few months), and within a month I was let go for no valid reason. I watched as they let many of their most faithful, experienced and tenured employees go with the rationale that they 'had it coming for a long time' or that they were getting too complacent. All seemed to have been doing a good job, but somehow stepped on the toes of the same senior manager. This place is built around the owner and a handful of his favorite people (who don't appear to do much, but seem to have his trust)...if you're part of the inner circle, this place is fantastic...if you're not, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Poor Management and too much politics
The director of operations - She does not know how to treat hard working employees. An individual can work hard in this company without expecting anything good in return from the management.Firing employees is a tend in this company"She" needs to be thrown out of this company ASAP.

Not a good company
Not a good company. They like for a minute and hate you the next if make mistakes. The HR manager sucks and so is the operations manager. Only the team leads are supportive and easy going.
