I like the company and it has good Benifits and has awesome options like company shares. Just wished it was a more Possative environent I know with COVID that makes things harder but it’s hard when me as a person has have very difficult 5 years in a row with personal emergencies and lots of losses to deal with any extra issues.

Staff are friendly, manager was violating everything
The staff are good people. The work is good. The issue was the manager. Disappointed in management attitude, no respect for employees, things go wrong it’s your fault.I was fired for no reason. I was told to lift glass the wrong way and safety was ignored every day.The manager at the cranbrook bc location should be fired.

Avoid Macleod trail at all costs. Manger has an ego problem.
All of the mangers were really kind and fair aside from the one who worked at Macleod trail. He has a serious ego problem. I’d highly Recommend to avoid working at that shop in particular at all costs. No employee will own up to damages to cars they’ll just hide it, Unlike the other shops who mostly just own up and fix the damages. I assume it’s to avoid the drama he creates. 17th ave and centre street have amazing managers and employees along with the one near Glenmore trail look there first.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Vernon, BC

Would not recommend
Location management didn't follow company guidelines particularly in regards to proper reporting procedures. Technicians were inadequately trained and often left on their own to complete tasks they were not ready for. Lack of transparency with customers was a regular occurrence, and it was commonplace not to inform a customer if their vehicle had been damaged. Company culture was fine, but the individual location has issues.

Productive, efficient
Always had good repose with csr, they were very good at they're job in ordering parts and scheduling. Always very helpful and encouraging. Co workers were always helpful and some with more experience than me were good enough to share they're experience with me.
