What would you suggest Crown Auto Group management do to prevent others from leaving?
Have good upper Management that care about the staff and actually help them and not just there to collect $$. Happy staff mean loyal and hard working staff.
Base salaries and wages need to be competetive

Have more managers doing the right thing to keep staff happy (work hours, support, wage) and keep them loyal. Happy staff means happy customers.
