It’s a phone interview but it is thorough and it is not intimidating but instead more friendly. Had more of a conversation rather than being very serious.

The first step is to apply on line, then you will be interviewed person to person by Visual aid. The second step will be online training modules. Most of their communication is online, so you will have an account set up for all your future communications.
