It's a flexible position so I can choose my hours. I was hired over the summer for a seasonal contract. Every Saturday, I am expected to pay a visit to my assigned stores between the hours of 7 am- 5pm. There's minimal supervision which I can come to appreciate as managers are not breathing down your neck.

It’s a phone interview but it is thorough and it is not intimidating but instead more friendly. Had more of a conversation rather than being very serious.
