Retail Sales Specialist
The Retail Sales Specialist role is responsible for carrying out the necessary plan for the client’s brands within a defined area. The position is responsible for the overall promotion of the brand, including its continued development, management, and sales. This role is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and developing a professional working relationship with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives.
CROSSMARK Retail Representatives/Merchandisers are vital to our success! As a Retail Representative/Merchandiser, you will represent our clients by implementing a variety of in-store merchandising activities to meet the needs of the consumer. You will execute activities including stocking shelves, resetting product categories to the most up-to-date modular/planogram, building displays, correcting product voids, and working out-of-stocks.
Data Collection Associate
As a Data Collection Associate, you have a passion for accuracy and eye for detail. You will be responsible for collection of key information at Retail level as it relates to display/planogram compliance, product placement, and in- store intelligence that will be used for strategic decision making.
The Beauty Advisor role is responsible for promoting skincare products and providing excellent customer service in a specific designated store. You will be responsible for approaching/servicing consumers and offering skincare consultations. You have excellent relationship skills, product knowledge and can identify the consumers skincare needs and present/sell the appropriate skincare regime. This role is responsible for achieving established sales goals.
The Brand Ambassador manages a specific territory which consists of pharmacy/drugstores. This role is responsible for increasing sales and brand awareness while developing a strong business relationship with the Cosmetics Managers.
