Great team , lots of in house training and seminar . Able to meet with people from other departments. Flexible with work from home and supportive . I would recommend this place

Working with time sensitive goals

The most enjoyable part of the job is working with your co-workers, learning and leveraging their strengths to achieve goals. The hardest part of the job is the occasional long hours needed to meet tight deadlines. Overall, a good learning experience for traditional corporate office operations but lacks innovation and open-mindedness due hierarchical structure that often block or limit communication channels and minimal skills in change management during rapid growth spurts.

Good learning experience

Egocentric Leaders and Management, High Micromanagement

Professional environment

Though I was a temp there, everybody was welcoming and helpful with training. It was a very professional environment and I enjoyed my employment term.

CPPIB good place for benefits, no room for growth

Typical day at work could mean various things: preparing board events (contacting hotels, venues, etc to get the best price and put together the agenda for the board), travel for the team from cars, flights, trains, etc overseas and domestic, expense reports, invoices, internal department meetings, confidential signature documents. I've learned to work with different personalities types that are executive level (Managing Director to helping out the analysts) I enjoy my co-workers as this particular team is very fun, equal and respect that I work hard. The hardest part of the job was working with only 1 other person to support 30 people (we were looking for another admin to help out)and this lasted almost a year. The resources were not enough and we were burn out. There isn't any room for growth at the company in administration and I am looking for that stepping stone in my career and to be somewhere where my skills/years of expertise are truly valued. The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing my team that I support happy and find their days to be as smooth as possible because of the support I have provided.

100% health/dental, 2 volunteer days, 2 personal, 3 weeks vacation, education paid for if it applied to my position

long hours even when I'm at home, always contacted, 13 people to support, not enough resources to aid in the work, work burn out, no room for advancement as previously suggested
