On call, split shifts
Worked here for quite a while. If you have a family this job is not ideal because you work a lot of split shifts through being on call almost always.Management is not great and not into change.

Was pretty good
Being on call sucks. But compensation is good once youre done traning. Good benefits, good incentives. Can be dangerous if you dont pay attention to your surroundings.

Great Job
Pay and benefits excellent, moral very low, no schedule when working spareboards or pools. No personal days only 1 earned day given every 28 day period taken on a specific allotted slot per month.
