Family like feeling at workplace

I have been working here for last 6 months. The managers treat us like a family member and team members are very helpful and friendly.The upper management is reachable and we can discuss any problems without any hesitation. Absolutely worst company I have ever worked for in my life. Management is extremely toxic inconsiderate and horrendous to work with. Not only are you belittled, micromanaged and watched constantly. Toxic place to work

If I could give this place zero stars I would, you’re promised a hybrid / remote environment but when you work from home you’re literally watched by your supervisor like a hawk and if you’re away from your computer more then a few minutes you literally get in trouble, I had horrible training and new hires get better training and help, management is hypocritical and do whatever they want with zero ...
