Ive never been so fortunate to have worked in such a kind and amazing place for such a great dentist. He has helped myself and my family out with dental work. He has a wonderful enviornment and was so kind for my birthday. We are a great team and I am very glad I came here. Im happy to commute because i get treated with respect everyday and love coming to work, simple as that.

Excellent office with great doctor and staff

I have temped here three times as an RDH and was incredibly happy by how amazing and helpful the doctor and his staff have been. The doctor was a pleasure to work with, even helped me turn my room around and get things ready for me. The other staff were very friendly and the patients were so great to work on. Happy to come back for more temp days anytime. Paid on time and the town of Picton is just a great spot to drive to especially in the summer !

I have worked and temped in many dental offices and this is my favourite one so far. The doctor helps you out, hes so kind and great with his patients, the community seems to love this office and it feels good working here knowing you are part of a place that cares. The office is very busy and thats great makes time fly. The patients are super sweet and you feel they truly love being there.

Great Dentist ! Great Staff

I tempted here. Would of Loved to work here full time but too far from Port Hope.Dentist is Kind and Plays 80' music. He HELPS!!! Which is extremely RARE!!! Honest caring Dentist was pleasure yo temp for as an Assistant! SISTER is both Office Manager and Hygienist! She is great.

Wonderful doctor, puts patients first, great team and office to be in

I have 20+ years of dental assisting and reception experience. I have temped many places and have started to wind down. I heard a few things about this place and decided to try it. Its definitely one of the best dental offices i have ever worked in. The doctor is young, passionate, caring and strives to go above and beyond to help patients and staff, this is so rare to see and I have not seen it anywhere lately. I feel very stress free and happy to be part of the team and I received compliments not criticisms. I am truly happy to be helping out!

Best place I ever temped

Part-time Dental Hygienist (Former Employee) - Picton, ON - 15 March 2023

This has to be the best place to work in dental. The office is small and busy. The days flew by. There is music and patients are treated like family. The doctor is very prevention oriented encouraging fluoride and flossing not drilling and filling. There is ample time booked so patients get the best care. I wish more offices were like this but many make you sell your soul for quotas and pushy sales.

Dental office with heart

Worked/temped in dental for yrs but many office owners were horrible to work for. Temped here a few times and just love the dentist and his sister. They don’t sell and push things on pts and do great work some of the best I’ve ever seen. Made me feel good working for ppl w good hearts who help so many in the community. Would love to keep coming back.

the way dental offices should be

I have temped at many places but this is by far the best place ive been at. The patients are wonderful and clearly love coming to this office. The dentist is not pushy, not a sales person and far from the corps ive been sadly used to. The brother/sister duo that run it are just good humans and its refreshing to know that good offices still exist.

Best dental office I’ve worked in

I have temped in many offices and have worked in many over the years in hygiene but definitely the sweetest bunch of people and patients. Everyone made me feel beyond welcome and we’re very helpful in making my job as easy as possible. The owner himself even helped with my instruments and room something I’ve never seen before.

Super awesome dentist and office to work for

I sadly had to move away from PEC and go back to Alberta but in my 10 years in dental, this office was the best experience. They treat the staff awesome, helped my family and myself out with our own dental work needs, pay above and beyond and just were sweethearts to work for. Would highly recommend and hope they find someone awesome to replace me. You will be missed!

Sweet and kind office with great standards and they do amazing work

Awesome vibes, busy which i like and great dentist to work for. Very laid back office, allowing me to take time off and leave when I had issues at home. They treated me very well through many personal issues I had going on. Sadly I had to leave as I had to move out of PEC but If i ever move back to the area I definitely would be back in a heartbeat

Awesome place to work as far as dental goes

Working in dental can be stressful especially with COVID but the doctor and his team made me feel welcomed, helped me out, made sure i had all the PPE and instruments I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I fit in to the office.

Best dental office ive ever worked at

I am a dental admin/reception person and I worked in a few offices in Belleville, Napanee and Trenton. County Dental was by far the best paid and best in terms of work culture. The doctor is super laid back, super kind to his patients and staff. Picton is a beautiful town and love the idea of being able to walk to all the cute shops and businesses at lunch.

Amazing office to work at!

Temped and worked as a hygienist for County Dental and it is truly a great office. The staff are super friendly and the dentist is very conservative and kind to both patients and staff members including temps. My only qualm is I moved and its too far a drive or I would be back in a heartbeat.

Pros

1 hour per patient was given to me, 1 hour lunch and totally great vibes with music and laughs.

Cons

Just the drive, I now moved to Kingston

Productive and reliable
