Meat & Seafood Clerk in Orillia, ON
on 13 September 2021
Seafood and MeatYou'll have the opportunity to do some good quality work here. If you're competent, and can keep your head out of the politics, you'll be just fine. There are some real gem customers, but as with anything higher end, there are some that will do your head in. Customer service is pretty key, so be prepared to smile and nod. I loved the department I was in, but it's not for everyone. There is opportunity to move around though, should you show interest. The owner is unique and be a handful, but keep on his good side and he'll look after you.Not all department managers are created equal, but there are some good ones.

DramaDon’t do it, no matter what you do it’s not good enough, drama, clicks, Unappreciated, don’t expect a thank you, Revolving door, low pay for the amount of work they expect from you, management unapproachable unless your in the fab group.

management was horribleIts very sesonal work, mangers pick favourites with staff. Alot of unneeded drama and trash talk from older staff memebers. Some of the staff were awesome, but others were terrible. Turn over rate for the staff is very high, i saw so many staff different staff be hired and quit/fired.
