While at Country Prime I learned how to test for Listeria and used other lab testing equipment to make sure proper sanitation was met. I also did daily inspections to make sure staff were following proper food safe handling.

I would go to work at 530 starting with making boxes then weighing the packages and putting them in boxes which then I would put boxes through the taper and then I would scale them and proceed to put them onto a pallet___boxing room
I would grab a certain amount of pepperoni and put it in the package to then be put threw the sealer then to the box room----production
at the end of the day we would sanitize the wwhole room top to bottom so we don't cross contaminate. the job required standing for 10 hours or more daily from530 am to 230 pm overtime till 430 5
