Not the best place to work

COSTI is a great company to work for. The pay is good, the benefits are very competitive as well. HOWEVER.....The management team that i worked with never had my back when issues came up with clients. I was indirectly accused of things that i never did, and when my contract was up, i never got my contract extended and released. I would never work for them again!!!

There a lot of discriminations and nepotism in their recruitment processes. Merit is not followed but favoritism. There a lot of incompetent staff occupying higher positions at the expense of more qualified staff. You have to fight or belong to the favored camp before you are considered for promotion. I will not advice anyone who wants career progression to stay long if you are hired.

High politics between management and union staff. Few of them are uneducated , unqualified . Very old school procedures. Overall very toxic environment

Safe and Fun Place to Work

My managers and colleagues are great. Everyone helps each other. Tasks are repetitive as in all office jobs but friendly and supportive colleagues take some of your stress away. Great work/life balance.
