Great company on the whole
Costco is a great company to work for. They take care of their employees, benefits are great and compensation is good. Each warehouse however has its “bad apples” be it employees or management. But you are always welcome to discuss your issues with the GM or higher if you wish.
Pros
Great benefits and good pay
Cons
Training is minimal and too many managers.

Could be better
Great place to start any career. You get an opportunity to meet all types of people. Great starting pay and advancement opportunities. The only downside is that management can be a nuisance. Your human relation skills are tested daily/hourly with workers, members, and management.
Pros
Pay, benefits
Cons
Management
