Used to work for costco for over 7 years and the management team didn’t know what they were doing and everyone is for themselves even if they preach they’re a family.

If you are willing to learn and work hard there are many opportunities available to you. This is a faced paced environment, and many underestimate it. There is a huge emphasis on customer service.
