Don’t expect much from Managment. It’s like milk that went sour years ago yet no one replaces it.
Just be friendly, bubbly and sociable. Make sure to hit key points like teamwork, strong teamplayer, can deal with stressful situations well, angry customers don't bother you, you handle conflict well.
Just be honest with your skill sets and try to enjoy dealing with different people each day.
