The company has its ups and downs and acts very much like a startup trying to find their direction. On the outside they can seem organized and know where they are going but on the inside is a very different picture, disorganized, high-turnover, mismanagement and constantly changing vision and direction of where the company is going. They tend to higher inexperienced people instead of talented candidates for the right jobs, as a compromise for cheaper labour. As a result, they tend to have high turnover and lower sales due to inexperienced candidates hired. As for the company culture, it has its challenges but its a fun and dynamic place to work with some room for growth but don't expect great benefits or industry fair salaries.
