Cornershop is the app that connects your front door to your city's top stores in as little as 60 minutes. Founded simultaneously in Santiago, Chile, and Mexico City in 2015, we now operate in eight countries across the Americas: Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Canada, and the US.

After acquiring a majority stake in Cornershop in 2019, Uber purchased the remainder of the company this year. While we will continue to be independently operated, this cements our place as a member of the Uber family, and allows us to take full advantage of their resources for growth and development.

Besides technology, we like food puns and are berry dedicated to providing people with an on-demand, easy-to-use, and innovative shopping experience.

You work when you want but you don’t always get order

Good for a side job not as your main since your pay check is highly variable due to multiple factors like the bonuses, lack of order, gas price, tips and a lot of freedom in your schedule

It is a delivery system and shopping. Most of the customers are good and the payment is better than other companies. The best part is that you can manage your time specially if you are a student.

Great work environment

Cornershop is a great delivery system to work with. There is a lot of travel involved. And for the most part, a vehicle is required. What is great about this opportunity is the flexibility. You can work at any time, during any hour before midnight. The pay is great if you can deliver everything right and on time.

Not worth it

Even after a few months working part-time, I was still not able to earn enough to make this job worth it. There is no minimum order, so you can spend an hour on a run in which the customer orders one or two inexpensive items, leaving you with a very little remuneration, especially with the high gas prices. The app is confusing and frustrating to work with.

Great part time gig if you are fast with shopping and navigating

This job is great for people looking for part time work to make extra cash, however you need to be fast with shopping, or you will not meet the standards set for picking by Cornershop. You also need to be fast with navigation as well. I recommend using a car with a navigation system to speed up that process.
