Some of the equipment is better than other companies
This is the go to place for new Drivers. All Drivers are encouraged to "do what it takes" to get deliveries done on time even if it means working with your co driver during your DOT reset downtime , as of November 2020 the pay is still 23cents per mile (you do the math) and all routes average 24+ hour and only 300 miles due to all the delivery stops. They don't count your team driving sleeper berth as work time meaning your donating your time and gone from home 80 hrs a week to only average thirteen dollars an hour or less. Management is extremely autocratic and the supervisors are trained monkeys. Basically you are a minimum wage lumper/hostler with a cdl expected to nap occasionally in a truck bouncing in and out of convienience store driveways.
Pros
No work on saturday night
Cons
Pay scale is 10 years outdated
