Millwrights beware
Would pull over to the side of the road going up the mine road to puke with how stressed I was going to that job. You can read into the other reviews with how management operates. There is a reason this company has only 2 star reviews ( anything else above by supervisors or administration ) There is a reason this place has had a posting for a millwright for over a year. Even at my lowest I would never again apply here.

Never again
Worst place I've ever worked, lots discrimination, of race, color and gender, everyone there's miserable, management terrible (old school), they say the have all these policies in place all lies, equipment old breaking down, trucks leak oil everywhere.

Lousy company. It's a miracle nobody has died there yet.
If you bring up a safety concern you have a target on your back. By far the worst managed and operated mine I've ever worked at. Favouritism towards a certain group of people is appalling. Disgusted enough to quit.

Good mine operated by ugly people
The mine looks beautiful at first impression, everything is well organized with advanced equipment. BUT, there are a certain amount of people tried their best to make the workplace toxic, having fun bullying and harassing young people and new employees, As an optimistic, good-tempered person who always being happy in the past few years, I met someone here who kept making me angry and sleepless. The experience over there was totally a nightmare, even for just a few months. Now I feel so lucky not working there anymore. If you are a young person trying to explore the mining world, there are tons of good places to go, but copper mountain is definitely your last choice. This is a company without a future if they don't start making changes!
