High paced job with a huge menu

A typical day at work would be waiting tables, talking in depth about menu items and managing the bar as well as hookahs for large amount of party guests. High paced environment which taught me to multitask and serve to many different backgrounds of people.

Copper Chimney is itself the Brand and they are in Guest services since 70 years plus, Hence there was huge space to learn and grab the best. As i was a pre-opening team member at copper chimney at pune branch, Have learned lot many things from this experience though had spent small time with them, As i have received an opportunity to work at one of the world's best destination USA then i had move to my another path. But learn to manage the proper checklist, licenses required to run the outlet, team building, guest management and hiring team, training, how to run the food and beverage operation smoothly and profitably.
