What employers need to realize is that employees are the ones who push production & sales .Most important customer service. A happy customer is a returning customer. For employer : TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES AND GIVE THEM THE ACTKNOLEGE MENT THEY DESERVE. KEEP THEM HAPPY AND THEY WILL KEEP YOU AND YOUR COMPANY HAPPY .That's the bottom line !
