Labourer (Former Employee) – Saint George, NB – 14 October 2018
If you are outgoing, sexist, racist, judgemental and love gossip this is the place for you! If you are not popular, watch out they'll make you quit. They don't care what it takes, even if it means working you to death while others that are more social can sit on the job. Also beware management can/say/do whatever they want at that place and you have no say.
Accounts Payable Clerk (Current Employee) – Blacks Harbour, NB – 13 February 2017
Cooke's is a great company - working here is comfortable and employees are polite and friendly. Typical day is pretty standard in the accounts payable field: there is lots of data entry and processing of invoices as well as incoming and outgoing communication with vendors. The job is not hard if you are effective in time management and personal deadlines. The only drawback is compensation which is minimal.
Cook Aquaculture is the leading employer in our area. They offer consistent employment hours and great benefit packages.
New Brunswick Labourer (Former Employee) – St. George, NB – 12 February 2016
Hard work, long hours, cold conditions, processing line work requires stamina, ability to work as a team and communication skills. Supervisors are working under a fast paced environment. I did very well, and made lots of friends,, and earned respect from my supervisors as well as coworkers.
Lots of hours, benefits, dental, holiday pay, maternity etc.
Labourer/Forklift (Former Employee) – Blacks Harbour, NB – 3 October 2014

(Lead Hand) Aquaculture Technician (Current Employee) – Bay of Fundy NB – 7 December 2013
I enjoy working ay Cooke Aqua. They offer a unique job in the saltwater division that offers some a little different each day. However, due to the lack of decent wages, one os required to work hundreds of hours to make up for lack of wage thus affecting the work/ home life balance which is basically zero.
The company christmas parties were the best time of year
