I would rebuild the fleet and find real sea lice killing solutions for the salmon in a much more echo friendly way. and find a better clothing gear supplier or dish out the extra cash to make sure the guys are taken care of you don't know what it's like until you have done it . expand the trucking fleet and upgrade tankers . and make are company ice truck for the boats rather than bags and pallets and transports and trailers and fork lifts and operators and all the other fun stuff that goes on at 3 am to get the ice aboard and boone trucks and extra pay for certain times and out sourced trucking companies. would be interesting to convert old herring carriers over to salmon carriers simply to assist the harvest vessels and transport there fish directly from site instead of transports and tankers would make for a much better product transport and preservation of the salmon as well as less run ins with. the dfo and fisheries with alot less accidents . there are many more solutions to problems they don't even know they have or don't even realize there is a problem or there is a better way . need to get more hands on and active people that are willing to go down and work with your guys not for a day but a month sort threw there problems in all there departments bounce around from place to place and work out the issues that are behind the seens in order for the company to update it's self and improve product quality and equipment effectiveness to make sure that the company stays well ahead of its problems. improving job . work
production. and quality .of all live stock .sent to market fish .
