The company has a long history of hiring good people. Now its difficult to retain them due to the management decisions who to keep and whom to let go. The company gives you a chance to play with different technologies and your opinions are heard, however choosing which projects to do is a tough one, as most of the new undertakings have fallen short of success in the last few years.
Recently has undergone some changes, with upper management leaving the company, very fun to work with CEO and Vice President have left, including some of the developers, leaving the carcass of the team very fragile, however the fun spirit is still within the company and people are very very friendly and cooperative.
The best thing about Contigo is everyone is honest and people help each other in ways that they can, to complete the tasks understanding that its on everyone's plate to complete.
The scrum process has also been improved over the last few years almost perfecting the process.
