My 1 year review
So after a year of working in this company when I started, The first 1st week after training everyone pretends to care, thankfully for 2 lovely colleagues who were of great assistance after that you're on your own figure it out, you ask for help and you get ignored to the point you start to question your self worth, management don't care about you, they only care about Meeting stats, they also runs the company on favoritism. The operation manager seems to care but it's just a charade. Don't let this discourage you from applying maybe you might like it, they say "experience is the best teacher, and the worst experience teach the best lesson".Cheers 😊

Management Calls you off work hours and Breaks
The beginning of training seemed to be fun, predictable with an organized scheduled. The breaks are never set as they mention on calendar and managers call you off work hours and on break without consideration and respect of our own privacy and time.

Avoid if you have a disability or have cancer
This company made it exciting upon hire and during the first half of training, but if your computer becomes an issue be ready for a fight to get replacements. Then be ready to get let go shortly after. Management have no heart or empathy or sympathy for disabled or people fighting with cancer.Don't get sickDon't get diagnosed with cancerDon't have computer troublesOR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR JOB DEFINITELY

Great place to work
I am quite new to this job but so far I have had a great experience with management, they are very knowledgeable and friendly. My trainer in particularly made me have a great experience he a go to person when you are having issues!
