Way to many changes and little to no transparency

Things have changed drastically over the years and turnover is horrible. The older you are the more likely you will be pushed out. Poor pay, no benefits. Really good coworkers

Don’t get attached

This company was great at first, and I loved my work, but all it takes is for someone higher up to not like you and you are gone. It will not matter how good a worker you are. The turnover is insane and management is not to be trusted. Your hard work will not benefit you at all. Do not recommend at all

Why does this company exist? Pointless job.

Most boring and pointless job I've ever had. Still not sure why there are so many lengthy and important sounding titles for employees, when they basically all do the same thing (for an unlivable wage). Days are spent answering inquiries that could just as easily be found through a simple internet search... and that's what employees do all day long to "help" the clients. Pointless. The federal gove...
