OK wage considering the nature of the job
Records Clerk (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB5 October 2019
Really odd and kind of pathetic place. Most people sit and do data entry all day, and the company makes a poor effort to make such a job interesting. Another review is accurate in saying if the team lead doesn't like you, it shows. You ask one too many queries and you hear a little "Of course" under the breath in that derogatory tone. Despite the fact that a bunch of us were employed as "casual full-time" employees, they go through all the (pointless) paperwork and procedures only to tell us two weeks later that there's no more work for you, so don't come in tomorrow. And the next day, you're told, on the phone, that we encourage you to look for work elsewhere. This either shows horribly poor project planning or weak employee management because there's just no communication and no feedback and no discussion and suddenly you're told goodbye. Imagine taking up a new job, spending a couple of weeks to settle in (and in just a couple of weeks, one observes so much of the ground reality), and then just told to not come in anymore.
Although the pay is reasonable (minimum wage) for the work, one would expect a more stable job. Working as a driver for a transport company is much better compared to this, in terms of stability and communication.

Great leadership
Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB2 October 2019
Loved working under the President's direction. A great individual, smart, with a lot of values and respect for his team. We opened our business office in Calgary in 2016 which was so much fun and exciting!

Worth It
Records Clerk (Current Employee) –  Edmonton, AB26 July 2019
Great for people with little to no experience trying to get a foot in the door for basic administrative tasks. Managers and coworkers are friendly, ready to assist with whatever issues one is having. Personally, not an end goal for me but, to each their own.

Okay place to work
Clerk (Current Employee) –  Edmonton, AB26 July 2019
Relaxed atmosphere, management makes an effort to make employees feel appreciated, pay is reasonable for work required. Yes, there are deadlines, but you'll have that wherever you go.

Straight-forward work & expectations
Records Clerk (Current Employee) –  Edmonton, AB24 July 2019
The work is pretty easy and straight forward. The pay isn't high but is appropriate for the work actually being done. They are flexible with shift times, holiday requests and needing time off for appointments. The managers are encouraging and positive. We are given our targets and they are more than willing to work to help us achieve them.

Please choose this company if you are not human beings
Records Clerk (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB24 July 2019
Worst company, manager is weak-minded, doesn't know anything at all, and employees have to be manager's favourite to get a chance for stay. Poor wages, no improvement at all. Target goals have to be reached under stressful environment.

Hahahaha a joke
Records Clerk (Former Employee) –  Edmonton Canada20 July 2019
Working for them is a joke. Poorly run with unrealistic expectations. Don’t apply, find something else instead. The wages are also poor especially for myself who was a long time employee with little space for advancement.

Fantastic co-workers.
Records Clerk (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB20 July 2019
This was an interesting job. You spend days sitting at staring at a computer....no switch up to other jobs.

If team leaders did not like you, it showed. However, there were some team leaders that made the job tolerable.

Worst paying job, no chance of advancement.

Run.

Friendly co workers
Records Clerk (Current Employee) –  Edmonton, AB3 April 2018
Busy environment - co workers make it the best to work there. Very flexible company.

They have flex hours, which makes it nice.

Managers and Team Leads are always with a smile and willing to stop what they are doing and assist you if you have issues.

Restrictive employer with exploitative tendencies
Records Clerk (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB23 November 2015
There is little proper communication between management and employees. They underpay people to do way more work than they should be doing, thus the ethnic minorities tend to be exploited by this. The volume of work versus the compensation for said work is very imbalanced. Do not disagree with the management for half a second and do not be honest with them as they will cut you loose without a moment's notice. No warning, one "Procedural" meeting, and I was out.
