Support Staff (Former Employee) – Vancouver – 5 November 2016
I worked for this company for over 3 years. I very much enjoyed the flexibility that I was given that allowed me to get my job done, but take care of my family as well if something came up during office hours.
The employees were always willing to help in any way if I had questions. Management was also available when needed, although for the most part left me to get my job done on my own.
If the opportunity arose, I would come back to work with ecmarket / Conexiom.
Flexible work environment and sense of belonging to a team.
Chaotic daily routines with little to no support from management
Senior Account Executive (Former Employee) – Vancouver, BC – 26 September 2016
- No management - high pressure from management calling you while away and asking if you closed a deal - forced into selling only one way with a demand on learning word for word how the director wants you to speak and questions you must ask - leads which were given were rated 0-2 in terms of chances of closing - lunch and coffee breaks were strictly enforced
free friday lunch
terrible coaching and management (would never recommend anyone to work here)
