Cold repetitive work
Very cold. Very hard on joints, poor management at lead hand level. Pay doesn't reflect the toll that work takes on your body. Benefits aren't very good either.

Fast paced and cold... If you are cut out for this kinda a job, it's a great place to work.
Its a cold and fast paced environment. Management is great and hard work is appreciated. Lots of room to grow and lots of really great people to work with.Cross-Trainning is a great thing that everyone gets to do, learning different jobs and lots of different positions that you can apply within companie. Great place to work if you are cut out for this kinda a job.

They offer a diverse range of meat products, but some customers have reported occasional issues with customer service and communication. Taste preferences vary, so personal judgment on product quality may differ.

Really not the right fit for a majority of people
My time spent at this job was not long, and you can definitely say I wasnt the right fit for this job, but the job itself was very grueling, cold, painful, repetitive and people there really just felt replacable.
