It depends on when exactly someone comes in, but if you already have your security licence and qualify for an interview, you could complete the 1st & 2nd interviews, complete the pre-qualifying stage, and your on-site training / evaluation within 1 week.

Typically, work hours for a 24/7 property are as follows (in 24hr time):
Mon-Fri 00 - 08, 8 - 16, 16 - 24
Sat-Sun 00 - 12, 12 - 24

There are other "shift timing" opportunities due to special requests, events, etc. which are different from this format, but generally this is how it works.

You're applying for a position that will require you to look sharp and professional in a government regulated uniform at all times. So, for the interview, it's appropriate to dress in formal business attire. This will serve as a sign to the interviewer that you understand the importance of presentation & appearance if you do receive a job offer.

Answered by CONDOR SECURITY

The interview process involves resume screening, formal interview, in-class aptitude / skills assessment / training, 2nd interview / job offer presentation, on-site training / on-site interview, in field assessment.

We believe in what we do, and we want to do it well. We select carefully and support our new team members with all our effort.
