I have learned a lot throughout my time here and I feel that has been valuable experience, but the compensation and benefits aren't comparable to other companies. Also, it's difficult to move up depending on the project.

It's great if you like being timed for everything and want no advice on how to improve. Weekley reviews are given from supervisors (if the remember) and it's just when they tell you that you need to improve times/ calls but they don't help you figure out how to do that
