It's great if you like being timed for everything and want no advice on how to improve. Weekley reviews are given from supervisors (if the remember) and it's just when they tell you that you need to improve times/ calls but they don't help you figure out how to do that
A perfect job for a driven individual who doesn't mind demanding shifts.

Concentrix is an ideal job if you are a very determined and driven person who doesn't mind being on the phone constantly for chunks of hours. At times there is seconds between calls and it can become very grating very quickly if you are not prepared. On top of this, the schedules are very all over the place and the 'weekends' are often in the middle of the week.
It's a hard job, but for a hard worker who doesn't mind the sacrifice to their social life, and potentially mental health, its ideal. Management was very professional as was the location and there were extremely obvious opportunities for advancement and highly paid overtime.
