We are being hired by batches called "Waves", we initially had communication skills training before the Product Specifics lessons. We go to work at graveyard shift and we believe in the "power of one" which means, everyone is important. If you committed yourself to be in this job, you should be dedicated to it. If anyone didn't show up in a shift schedule, everyone is affected. Our team will not get our total team goal. The company usually give team incentives to motivate us in giving the best service to our customers.

The work environment is reasonable with the odd irritation(no assigned desks, so you may have to sit at a different place every now and then.) . Overall, treated well, nice to get free lunches and the management is always open and friendly to speak with.
